Opening Thoughts

Before we begin, if you have studied about the body at all, you know that your body has a frequency (actually, each organ has different frequencies) and that one of the things that can impact your body’s frequency is your own thinking.

Two years ago I would have thought this was complete voodoo and witchcraft, but by using positive affirmations we have started to see amazing changes in our own lives and also amazingly in our team member’s lives as well.

I encourage each of you to read these two articles and write down one thing that stood out to you as interesting (whether sounding silly or just a smack in the face “why didn’t I put that together before” moment).
